COVID 19 Workplace Bullying – It is important for employers and HR departments to be ready in case of bullying and/or discrimination complaints related to the Corona virus outbreak. It is obvious that anything to do with the virus is highly newsworthy especially on social media.
If complaints of bullying and/or discrimination complaints related to the virus, it’s origins or people have have tested positive are received it is important for employers and HR departments to react quickly and take action to investigate the complaints. 1. Do we have a suitably experienced person to conduct the investigation?
2. Are we able to conduct the investigation in a timely manner, do we have the time?
3. Can we conduct an investigation in an open minded and unbiased manner?
4. Can we take the risk of not getting it right the first time every time?
