Conducting Workplace Investigations PLUS Live by Request Course
(1 day equivalent course – 9 hours)
This is also a condensed version of the 2 day course. It is recommended for HR professionals and managers involved in the investigation of misconduct or complaints. Like the 2 day course this is a highly interactive course where participants receive instruction around complaint analysis, interview planning and interviewing parties, drafting allegations and making finding and recommendations this course also includes actual interviewing practice time with our facilitators in the roles of complainant, witnesses and the respondent.
This course is recommend (but not limited) for up to 4 participants to allow for sufficient interview practice time
Note we will run this course with limited number even just one person. As a result of current workplace restrictions we are running most of our training courses via Zoom. We are now offering the option of this course being conducted via Zoom in 2 half day sessions. We will run the course for organisations face to face (full day course only)
