On Demand training programs are delivered via Zoom only or for organisations at their venue
AWPTI reserves the right to exclude or cancel registration to an On Demand Training program if the participant is deemed to represent an organisation or service provider that offers similar or competitive services to AWPTI. A full refund of the registration fee will be provided in such circumstances.
Copyright / Intellectual Property Rights
The copyright in and all other intellectual property rights relating to the course documentation, and any other training materials provided to the program participants, are solely owned by and hereby reserved to AWPTI. Under no circumstances may the whole or any part of the course documentation be reproduced or copied in any form without the prior written consent of AWPTI. Training materials are defined to also include all electronic knowledge products or learning systems, which have been given to the participant on a storage device or made accessible via the Internet.
Should your circumstances change and you are unable to attend Training, please contact AWPTI immediately via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on 02 9674 4279 to change your registration or associated requirement.
If, after booking a Training session you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place at no additional cost, on the conditions that you notify us no later than 24 hours prior to commencement of the Training.
If, after booking a Training session you are unable to attend, you are welcome to reschedule to new date at no additional cost, on the conditions that you notify us no later than 10 business days prior to commencement of the Training.
Should you notify us within the period of 10 business days prior to commencement of the Training; rescheduling fee of $150 will apply to reschedule you to another Training date.
When rescheduling your Training session, any applicable difference in price will be charged to you in addition to any applicable rescheduling fee. Price differences may apply if your original training session is booked at discounted or promotional prices. You can pay any difference in fee over the phone using a credit or debit card.
If, after booking a Training session you are unable to attend, you are welcome to cancel your session by notifying iHR Australia via email or phone by no later than 10 business days prior to the commencement of the Training.
Cancellations received within the period of 10 business days prior to, on the day of, or after, training date will NOT be eligible for a refund.
In the event you have to cancel your confirmed registration, the following will occur:
- Cancellation received more than 10 business days prior to the commencement of the Training: 100% refund
- Cancellation received less than 10 business days prior to the commencement of the Training: no refund
AWPTI will refund, within 7 business days of receiving a refund request, registration fees paid to iHR Australia as a result of amending your registration, after taking into consideration the relevant cancellation policy.
Cancellation of Training by AWPTI
AWPTI reserves the right to cancel or alter, without prior notice, any of the arrangements relating directly or indirectly to a Training event, for any circumstances beyond the AWPTI’s reasonable control. This includes the cancellation of an event itself.
Should AWPTI cancel a Training event, AWPTI will endeavour to process full refund of the registration fee within 7 days. AWPTI accepts no additional liability for travel or accommodation costs incurred.
